...Has performed as a recitalist and chamber musician throughout the US and
abroad including the Pacific Music Festival and NHK Radio in Japan,
the Amati Music Festival in New York as well as the
Highlands-Cashier
Music Festival
in North Carolina. Expanding the ACMP, Inc., an
international network for Amateur Chamber Musicians and Players, Ms.
Oshima created ABChamberMusic which offers bi-annual chamber music
workshops for amateur musicians in Japan.

She teaches viola and chamber music at the Toho School of Music, writes music articles for Japanese newspapers and magazines and is an interpreter for music master classes. She received a Bachelor's degree from the Toho School of Music studying with Kenji Kobayashi and Koichiro Harada , and received Eastman's top honor, the Performer's Certificate, working with Martha Katz and the Cleveland Quartet.
Her viola is a Hiroshi Iizuka made in 1997.
